This is an educational picture book created in collaboration with Kang Hsuan Educational Publishing and the Ministry of Labor. During the process, we visited a car factory and engaged in ongoing discussions with writers and publishers. The story starts with a scenario in the automotive manufacturing industry and expands to cover related labor knowledge. The goal is to help children understand labor education from both the perspectives of employers and employees, and to learn about trade unions, respect for labor value, and the significance of social cooperation.
這是一本與康軒、勞動部合作的知識繪本。在過程中我們去到車廠參觀，以及不斷與作家、出版社討論等過程，故事從汽車製造業的情境出發，延伸相關的勞動知識，為的是讓孩子從資方與勞方的兩種角度認識勞動教育，並從中了解什麼是工會、加深對勞動價值的尊重與社會合作的意義。
